What is a Virtual Assistant?

A Virtual Assistant is an independent entrepreneur providing administrative, marketing and/or technical services.

Is a Virtual Assistant considered an employee?

No. Virtual Assistants work on an independent contractor basis. You are not responsible for any employee-related taxes or benefits.

Do you have special rates or packages available?

Yes, we have various retainer packages available, some of which offer discounts. Please contact us for more information.

Do you accept credit cards?

We accept credit cards, business cheques, cashier’s cheques and PayPal.

Will I be able to work with the same Virtual Assistant for all of my projects?

Absolutely! We believe that getting to know our clients learning about their company and their needs is the most important aspect of building a successful relationship.

What systems do you use to work remotely?

The Internet offers an amazing number of resources that make it easy for people to work together virtually. We frequently utilize remote desktop software, virtual collaboration sites, and various file transfer programs. If this sounds overwhelming, don’t worry! You can leave the details to us!

How do you ensure confidentiality?

Your confidentiality is very important to us. All of your work will be kept in a password secured folder on our server. All of our files are backed up to a remote location on a daily basis. We are also happy to sign any additional confidentiality agreements that you provide.

Can you pick up and deliver work?

Yes, we do offer free pick up and drop off service within a 5 mile radius of our office (Exeter). Beyond that we charge for time spent traveling.

Do we need to provide you with any equipment?

No you don’t. Our office is fully equipped with the latest modern technology and software.

How can I get my work to you?

Clients submit work to us via email, phone, fax, ftp upload, or Royal Mail.

How do I communicate with my assistant?

Clients may reach us by phone, email, fax, and skype.  It is your preference which method is most convenient for you.

How do I get started?

Please call or contact us through the website and we will set up a free telephone consultation. During the consultation, we will discuss your business needs and the virtual solutions that we can provide. If we find that our work styles are compatible and you decide to retain our services, we will send you a service agreement and get started!

Can we meet to discuss my requirements?

Absolutely! You are always welcome to stop by our office to discuss your needs and how H H Services can fulfill those needs.  If you are located in our area we are also happy to stop by your office.

Will you visit my office to work on a project?

If you are located in our area, we would be happy to discuss the possibility of coming to your office to complete a project.

Do you have references?

Yes we do.  Please contact us and we will be happy to provide them to you.
